Elective COVID-19 Testing is being provided at CMH’s Rapid Care in Copake or Valatie. Patients will be charged a $99 fee for Elective COVID Testing, as it is not currently covered by insurance. Upfront payment will be accepted at the time of service.

Testing with Symptoms

  • Fever or chills
  • Loss of taste and smell
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Exposure to known positive COVID
  • As requested by your Primary Care Physician

Symptomatic testing is being provided at CMH Rapid Cares sites in Copake and Valatie. COVID-19 protocols at both locations are to call the office before entering the building. Symptomatic testing for COVID-19 is typically covered by a patient’s health insurance.
